Blackberry Clafoutis
Clafoutis is a classic French dessert, and in this version it is made with blackberries instead of the classic version with cherries.

Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).

Butter a baking dish that measures 9 inches.

The baking pan with blackberries in it should be filled.

In a bowl, whisk the milk and eggs together.

Once the batter is smooth, add the flour, sugar, and salt and whisk again.

Over blackberries, pour batter.

For about 25 minutes, bake the eggs on the middle rack in a preheated oven.

Add brown sugar on top and continue baking for another 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
