Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
a fresh dish our neighbor gave us. How well-liked by my family. Our preferred side dish of broccoli was served with the perfect amount of garlic and cashews. And it’s so simple to make! I haven’t tried it, but if you’re in a pinch, you could probably use frozen broccoli as well.

Place the broccoli into a large pot with about 1 inch of water in the bottom.

Bring to a boil and cook for 7 minutes or until tender but still crisp.

Drain and arrange broccoli on a serving platter.
