Not your ordinary cheesecake cookie bars, these fancy treats feature an easy homemade cranberry sauce swirled into an almond-scented batter.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Aluminum foil should be used to line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cooking spray should be used sparingly.
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated in butter.
Flatten into an even layer and transfer to the baking dish.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven, or until lightly browned.
Keep the oven on, take out the crust, and let it cool
