Easy Breaded Baked Chicken Breast
Thin chicken breasts are dipped in a lemon-sour cream batter and breaded with herb-seasoned stuffing before being baked in the oven for a quick-and-easy chicken dinner.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
In a bowl, thoroughly combine the paprika, lemon juice, and sour cream.
Scoop the stuffing mixture into a small bowl.
Chicken breasts should be covered on both sides in the sour cream mixture before being dipped into the seasoned stuffing mixture.
Place each chicken breast into a glass baking dish after rolling it up.
Butter should be melted in a saucepan over low heat before being drizzled over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the chicken breasts are no longer pink in the center, have a browned crust, and the juices run clear.
A thermometer with an instant read should register at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit in the center (74 degrees C)
