Garlic Fried Rice
Garlic, onions, and lemon juice to add interest to plain white rice.
Rice and water are combined in a pan and brought to a boil.
Cover, lower the heat, and simmer the rice until it is tender and the water has been absorbed.
Set apart for cooling.
In a big skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant and just starting to brown.
Add the rice and stir until heated through and coated.
Add the lemon juice after turning the heat off.
