Gluten-Free Bread in a Bread Machine
This gluten-free bread machine recipe, which uses gluten-free all-purpose flour, is straightforward but dependable. It is ideal for toast, sandwiches, and other uses.
Fill a bread maker in the following order: water, eggs, oil, vinegar, flour, xanthan gum, salt, sugar, and yeast.
Start the Basic cycle, and for the crust, choose Light or Medium.
When the cycle is over, remove.
Slice only after complete cooling.
