Crispy phyllo layers surround a walnut filling in this sticky sweet Greek treat!
Bring the water to a boil to make the syrup.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 tablespoon orange juice to a boil.
Medium-low heat should be used for 10 minutes of simmering.
After removing from the heat, let the food cool to room temperature.
Set the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).
