Ditch the boring dinner and grill up these sweet and savory pork and pineapple kabobs that even your kids will love!

Combine soy sauce and pork.

In a sizable sealable bag, combine rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, lime juice, Sriracha, ginger, and garlic.

Shake well to combine after sealing.

After an hour in the refrigerator, stir occasionally.

Skewers should be soaked in water for about 20 minutes prior to use while the pork is marinating.

That will prevent the skewers from burning when they come into contact with a flame.

Set an outdoor grill or an indoor grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly brush vegetable oil over the grates.

Discard the marinade before skewering the marinated pork, pineapple, and red pepper in an alternating pattern.
