Hearty Ground Beef Chili
Three different beans, tomatoes, veggies, and ground beef are combined in this chili recipe for a hearty and flavorful version of the dish that’s always a crowd pleaser.
In a big pot, warm up the olive oil over medium heat.
For about 10 minutes, brown and stir the ground beef in the hot pot until it is crumbly.
Add green bell pepper, onion, and celery.
Cook for about 5 minutes, or until onion is translucent.
Blend the diced tomatoes with the light and dark red beans.
The meat mixture includes black beans, diced tomatoes, chile peppers, and chilli powder.

Turn down the heat to low and let the chilli simmer for about an hour, or until it begins to thicken.
Add vinegar, salt, and pepper for flavouring.
