Honey Cake III
This is an easy-to-make recipe, and it tastes great. It’s a simple cake made from scratch, flavored with honey and orange.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Butter and flour a 9×13-inch pan.
Combine the cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a sieve.
Combine sugar, honey, oil, eggs, and orange zest in a large bowl.
Beat in the flour mixture and orange juice alternately, mixing just until combined.
Fill the pan with the batter.
A toothpick inserted into the center of the cake should come out clean after 40 to 50 minutes of baking in the preheated oven.
