Hot Sweet Habanero Chile Sauce
When making this three-pepper chile sauce that is both sweet and spicy and contains a hint of brown sugar, use gloves.
On the “liquefy” setting of a blender, combine the Fresno, jalapeno, and habanero peppers until smooth.
To the pureed peppers, add water, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, and liquid smoke.
Add salt and blend until liquefied and smooth.
Blend once more.
Refrigerate the chile sauce overnight in a glass container that has been cleaned and sealed.
