Indian Onion Dipping Sauce
Minced onion is mixed with lemon juice, paprika, and cayenne creating a copycat version of an onion dipping sauce from an Indian restaurant.
To mince the onion, add it to a food processor and pulse a few times.
Add salt, sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and pulse to combine.
After transferring sauce to an airtight container, chill for 2 to 3 hours to allow flavors to meld.
