Jerked Chicken Alfredo
A memorable dinner is served with grilled jerk chicken, fettuccini pasta, and a jerk-seasoned alfredo sauce that includes pineapple and bell peppers.
About 3 tablespoons of jerk seasoning should be applied to the chicken breasts before storing them in the fridge.
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
Add the onion and peppers, and saute for about 3 minutes, or until nearly tender.
The remaining 2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning, 1 ounce of pineapple juice, and Alfredo sauce should be combined.
Stir the mixture into the skillet, then turn the heat down to a simmer.
Large pot of lightly salted water should be filled and brought to a rolling boil in the interim.
In a pot of boiling water, add the fettuccine, and cook for about 8 minutes, or until it is tender but still firm to the bite.
Set an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and give the grates a light oiling.
