Karen’s Chili Con Carne Soup
A touch of brown sugar and vinegar bring out the spice in this easy chili con carne filled with ground beef, tomatoes, and a trio of beans.

In a stockpot, heat the oil over medium heat.

Add the onions and garlic; stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until the onions are soft.

Add the ground beef and stir-fry for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it is browned and crumbly.
