Marzipan Cookies
Making these marzipan cookies is incredibly simple. Plan ahead because they must dry for the entire night.

In a bowl, combine flour, egg white, and marzipan confectioners’ sugar.

Make a smooth dough by kneading.

Roll out to a thickness of 1/3 inch, then cut into any desired shapes.

Cookies should be placed on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.

Dry for eight to twelve hours.

Set the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).

Cookies should bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven until lightly browned.

Place on a wire rack and allow to cool.

Using rose water, decorate the cooled cookies.
