No-Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake
Butter and chocolate graham crackers make a crust for this otherwise ‘no-bake’ tiramisu-style cheesecake.
Set oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).
Aluminum foil should completely encircle a 9×13-inch baking dish, leaving a few inches of foil on each end.
Graham crackers and butter should be thoroughly combined before being pressed into the prepared pan.
For about 12 minutes, bake in a preheated oven until firm.
Set apart for cooling.
Cream cheese should be fluffy after being electric mixer-beaten in a bowl.
Beat in the sweetened condensed milk while adding it.
The cream cheese mixture should be combined with sour cream and lemon juice.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes before using.
