Raspberry Jalapeno Jelly
Fresh or frozen raspberries are used to make homemade raspberry jam, which is then spiced up with jalapeno peppers.

Put jars and lids in boiling water for at least five minutes to sterilize them.

Combine the raspberries, sugar, cider vinegar, bell pepper, and jalapeno peppers in a saucepan.

Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil and quickly boil for one minute.

Remove from heat, then stand aside for five minutes.

Once the liquid pectin has been added, strain the mixture to get rid of the pepper flecks.

Fill sterilized jars with the strained liquid, then seal them.

Keep in a cool, dark location.

Refrigerate after opening.
