Ricardo’s Pizza Crust
This herb laced pizza crust is mixed in the bread machine but baked in the oven. Add your favorite toppings to make a delicious main dish.
Water, olive oil, sugar, and salt should be combined in the breadmaker’s pan.
Add flour and then top with garlic.
Add yeast last.
On the dough cycle of the machine.
Sprinkle on oregano and basil as the dough comes together until you’re satisfied with the color and flavor.
For 15 to 30 minutes, let the mixture sit.
The dough should rest for five to thirty minutes.
The crust gets thicker and tastier the longer it rests.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 475°F (245 degrees C).
On a lightly dusted surface, roll out the dough.
A big pizza pan should be sprayed with nonstick cooking oil.
Put the dough on the pan and top with your preferred pizza toppings.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown, in a preheated oven.
