Cajun chicken is paired with a creamy pasta, mushrooms, and andouille sausage and cooked in the Instant Pot to make a delicious comfort dish.

Select the Saute function on a multipurpose pressure cooker (such as an Instant Pot).

Add the butter and oil, then let the butter melt.

The chicken breasts should have 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning on each side.

Cook chicken in a hot Instant Pot for 2 minutes on each side or until it is browned.

Chicken breasts should be moved to a plate.

Sauté the mushrooms, garlic, and andouille sausage for about two minutes.

Stop using Saute mode.

Add the hot sauce, whipping cream, and chicken broth.

Add penne pasta and stir.

Pasta should be covered with chicken breasts.

Lock the lid by closing it.

Set the timer for 12 minutes while choosing high pressure in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
