Starkey’s Mashed Potato Pizza
Pizza with mashed potatoes as the topping is known as a mashed potato pizza. Add your preferred mashed or baked potato toppings on top.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet with cooking spray.

Cook bacon in a large deep skillet over medium heat until crisp 7 to 9 minutes.

Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

Roll pizza dough into a large circle.

Place dough onto the prepared pizza pan.

Spread mashed potatoes over dough leaving a small bit of crust uncovered around the outside if desired.

Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over potatoes.

Crumble bacon and sprinkle over top.

Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly about 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes before slicing into 8 wedges.

Top each wedge with 1/2 tablespoon of sour cream.
