Veggie Quinoa Bake
This vegetarian quinoa bake, which yields enough for all week’s worth of lunches, bakes up with quinoa, black beans, grilled corn, and spicy green salsa.
Put black beans in a pressure cooker with many uses.
A few inches of water should be added to cover.
Lock the lid by closing it.
Set the timer for 20 minutes and choose high pressure in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Give the pressure 10 to 15 minutes to build.
Following the manufacturer’s instructions, release pressure naturally for about 10 minutes.
Lock removed, lid removed.
After draining the beans, clean the pot.
Within the pressure cooker pot, add quinoa and 4 cups of water.
Lock the lid by closing it.
Set the timer for 8 minutes and choose the Brown Rice function.
Permit the pressure to rise for five to ten minutes.
