Vietnamese table sauce that is sweet and sour and easy to make goes well with many different dishes.

In a bowl, combine the lime juice, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, bird’s eye chili, and garlic.

Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Dispense sauce in a tiny bowl.
