Wonderful Yogurt Cake
Any yogurt you have in the refrigerator can be used to make this cake. Making strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and peach cakes is simple. The center is extremely moist and tender. Excellent!
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Butter and flour a 9-inch Bundt pan.
The butter, brown sugar, and vanilla are creamed together until light and fluffy in a large bowl.
Add the egg and blend well.
Baking powder, baking soda, and flour should all be combined.
Alternately, add yogurt to the batter.
Pour the batter into the pan as it is ready.
A knife inserted into the crown should come out clean after baking for 50 minutes in a preheated oven.
