Apple Enchilada Dessert
Apples rolled in flour tortillas. VERY delicious, easy and fast to make. Substitute apples with peaches or cherries if desired.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

On all tortillas, evenly distribute the fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Place tortillas seam-side down on a lightly greased 8×8 baking pan after rolling them up.

In a medium sauce pan, bring water and margarine sugars to a boil.

Reduce heat, then simmer for three minutes while stirring continuously.

Spread the sauce evenly over the tortillas and, if preferred, top with additional cinnamon.

Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven.

6 large tortillas are made; cut in half to serve 12 people.
