Keto Buffalo Chicken Omelette
This keto buffalo chicken omelette is a hearty breakfast that serves one person, but it can easily be scaled to feed more people.
In a bowl that can go in the microwave, mix the cream cheese, blue cheese, and one tablespoon of buffalo sauce.
Stir after one minute on high in the microwave.
Stirring every 15 seconds, microwave for an additional minute or until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
Allow to cool for five minutes.
Ranch dressing and cooked chicken are combined.
In a bowl, whisk eggs until they are fluffy and lemon-colored.
A large skillet should be heated to medium-high.
Use cooking spray to spritz.
Pour the eggs in and cook for about 3 minutes, or until just barely set.
Add the chicken mixture and cook for another 1–2 minutes, or until the top is set.
Omelet is folded over and placed on a plate.
Add some buffalo sauce.
