Best Greek Quinoa Salad
Tomatoes, kalamata olives, and feta cheese are added to this Greek quinoa salad to create a salad with a Mediterranean flavor.
In a saucepan, bring the broth and quinoa to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the pot, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the quinoa is tender and the water has been absorbed.
Quinoa is then transferred to a large bowl and left to cool for about 10 minutes.
