Applesauce Puffs
These miniature applesauce muffin “puffs,” which are made from baking mix and are dusted with cinnamon and sugar, make the ideal poppable treat for breakfast or dessert.

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Grease 30 cups for mini muffins.

In a bowl, combine baking mix applesauce, 1/4 cup sugar, milk, egg, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and stir just until combined.

Fill each prepared muffin cup 3/4 full with batter before spooning it in.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden in the preheated oven.

Melted butter should be placed in a shallow bowl, and the remaining sugar and cinnamon should be combined in another shallow bowl.

Warm puffs are dipped in melted butter, then cinnamon-sugar mixture.
