Buffalo Taco Dip
Seasoned ground buffalo meat makes all the difference in this hot taco dip. When layered with taco fillings, and melted cheese, it’s a sure-fire party snack that serves a crowd! Serve hot with plenty of crisp tortilla chips for dipping.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
A 9×13-inch baking dish should be sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
A big skillet with medium heat is used to heat the olive oil.
For about 5 minutes, cook the onion in the oil until it turns translucent.
Add the ground buffalo and stir.
Cook for about 10 minutes, breaking up the meat with a spoon as it browns.
Over the meat and onion, mix well 1 taco seasoning packet’s worth of seasoning.
Refried beans and the last packet of taco seasoning mix should be combined.
Fill the baking dish with the seasoned beans.
Over the beans, spread the guacamole, sour cream, and buffalo and onion mixture.
Add the shredded Cheddar cheese, black olives, green onions, and jalapenos to the top.
