Korean BBQ Sauce
With brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger, you can quickly and easily make your own homemade Korean BBQ sauce. For a hot kick, add chile-garlic sauce!
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rice wine vinegar, pepper, ginger, and sesame oil; bring to a boil.
Pour into boiling soy sauce mixture after mixing cornstarch and water in a small bowl until the cornstarch dissolves.
Turn down the heat to medium-low, and cook the sauce until it thickens.
