Sesame Chicken Noodle Bowl
This sesame chicken noodle bowl is full of boneless chopped chicken breasts, fresh vegetables, and a savory sauce you’re sure to love.
Put some five-spice powder on chicken.
In a cast iron skillet, heat grapeseed oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken, and cook and stir it for 7 to 10 minutes, or until it is browned and the center is no longer pink.
After taking out of the skillet, chop into bite-sized pieces.
Large pot of lightly salted water should be filled and quickly brought to a boil.
Cook egg noodles at a boil for 7–9 minutes, or until they are soft to the bite but still firm.
Drain, then put aside.
